A no-ID checkout protects your privacy. It is not a licence to harm others. This policy lists what UnlistedSIM eSIMs are for, what is forbidden, and what happens if the rules are broken.

**Quick answer — What can I use an UnlistedSIM eSIM for?**

**UnlistedSIM**, a no-ID eSIM seller paid in crypto, sells data-only eSIMs from $1.09 for lawful uses: travel, staying connected abroad, privacy and journalism. Fraud, SIM farms, bulk account creation, abuse of SMS or account verification, spam, harassment, evading a court order and illegal content are forbidden. An eSIM used that way can be suspended without refund of the plan. No ID at checkout does not mean no rules.

## 1. Why this policy exists

We ask for no ID and no name, and no email at checkout. That protects people who have good reasons to limit what they hand over. It also means we rely on clear rules, rather than identity checks, to keep our eSIMs away from abuse that harms other people and the networks we depend on.

This policy is part of our [terms of sale](https://unlistedsim.com/legal/terms/). It applies to every UnlistedSIM eSIM and account.

## 2. What UnlistedSIM eSIMs are for

- **Travel:** mobile data in the countries you visit, without buying a local SIM card.
- **Staying connected abroad:** maps, messages, work and family calls over data, while your home SIM stays active for calls and bank codes.
- **Privacy:** buying connectivity without handing over an ID document, an email address or card details, and limiting how much data about you is collected.
- **Journalism and civil society:** reporters, researchers and NGO staff who need to know who can see what before they travel. See [who sees what](https://unlistedsim.com/who-sees-what/).
- **A backup connection** when your usual line fails or roaming is expensive.

## 3. What is forbidden

You may not use an UnlistedSIM eSIM, an account or a balance for:

- **Fraud and scams:** phishing, impersonation, fake shops, investment or payment fraud, or any attempt to take money or data from others by deception.
- **SIM farms and SIM boxes:** running many eSIMs in banks of devices, routing traffic to disguise its origin, or reselling connectivity in bulk.
- **Bulk account creation:** creating accounts in large numbers on websites or apps, by hand or with automation.
- **Abuse of SMS or account verification:** trying to defeat the verification, anti-fraud or rate-limiting systems of banks, platforms or other services. Our eSIMs have no phone number and must not be presented as a way around such checks.
- **Spam:** unsolicited bulk messages, by email, messaging apps or any other channel.
- **Harassment:** threats, stalking, doxxing or intimidation of any person.
- **Evading a court order** or a lawful sanction that applies to you.
- **Illegal content:** creating, storing or sharing content that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material.
- **Attacks on systems:** malware, intrusion, denial-of-service attacks or scanning systems you have no permission to test.

## 4. Local laws

You are responsible for following the laws of the countries where you use an eSIM, including SIM registration, device registration, VPN and content rules.

UnlistedSIM eSIMs are travel eSIMs. They are not offered as a way for residents to get around a SIM registration law that applies to them. Our [Travel eSIM ID Registry](https://unlistedsim.com/travel-esim-id-registry/) reports what each law and regulator says, with sources and dates; it is information, not legal advice.

## 5. What happens if the rules are broken

- **Suspension:** we may suspend an eSIM used in breach of this policy, without refund of the plan.
- **Refusal of service:** we may refuse further orders linked to that use.
- **Legal requests:** We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered. What we hold, and therefore what we could hand over, is limited: see [law enforcement requests](https://unlistedsim.com/law-enforcement-requests/) and [what we collect](https://unlistedsim.com/what-we-collect/).

The partner networks that carry the traffic also apply their own rules and can act on an eSIM that breaks them.

## 6. How to report misuse

Write to support@unlistedsim.com with what happened, when, and why you think an UnlistedSIM eSIM is involved. You do not need an account or to be a customer. Each report is reviewed, and abuse that is confirmed leads to the measures in section 5.

## 7. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes and the change is listed in the [changelog](https://unlistedsim.com/changelog/). The version in force when an eSIM is used applies to that use.
