One table, every item. Orders live as long as your account; deletion erases the account number, its orders and its balance. Where no period is published, we say so instead of guessing.

**Quick answer**

**Orders are kept as long as your account exists, so the QR code can be shown again and refunds can be credited, then deleted with the account.** UnlistedSIM, a no-ID eSIM seller paid in crypto, holds no ID and no name, and an email only if you add one. Deletion works on request from your account, at any time; the account number, its orders and its balance are then erased. Plans start at $1.09.

## How long is each item kept?

Orders are kept as long as your account exists, so the QR code can be shown again and refunds can be credited, then deleted with the account; the table gives the period for every other item. The periods come from our published rules, word for word. We do not add durations those rules do not give.

## What does deleting my UnlistedSIM account remove?

The account number, its orders and its balance. Deletion is possible on request from your account, at any time; the account number, its orders and its balance are then erased.

After deletion, the QR code can no longer be shown again. Top-ups can no longer be applied, and refunds can no longer be credited, because those records are gone. Any remaining balance is erased and is not refunded, so spend it first.

## What stays after I delete my account?

Things that are not account records, and account records the published deletion rule does not name:

- **The blockchain transaction.** It is public and permanent; nobody can edit it.
- **Records held by others.** Mobile networks, exchanges and the apps you use keep their own data under their own rules. See [who sees what](https://unlistedsim.com/who-sees-what/).
- **Top-up records** (coin, network, amount, transaction ID). The deletion rule names the account number, its orders and its balance, not the top-up records, so we do not promise that they are erased.
- **Other items the rule does not name**: the network-reported status and usage of each eSIM, the optional email, password and two-factor setting, and the logged-in devices list. This page makes no promise about them either.
- **Support emails, if you wrote any.** They sit in our mailbox, and the account deletion rule does not name them. No retention period is published for them yet.

## Why are orders kept for the life of the account?

Because the account must keep working after payment. Orders let us show the QR code again and apply top-ups to the right eSIM. They also let us credit an eSIM that was never installed back to your balance. A short fixed period would break those three things while you still use the eSIM.

The content of each order is listed on [what we collect](https://unlistedsim.com/what-we-collect/).

## Is there a fixed retention period, such as one year?

No. Order records follow the account: they stay while it exists, and they are deleted with it. No timer deletes the orders of an account you still use. If you want them gone sooner, delete the account.

If our rules change, this page will change with them.

## What about IP addresses and cookies?

Visitor IP addresses are not written to our web server access logs and are never attached to an account. The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies; outside the client area, your browser only remembers your language choice.

So there is no IP history attached to your account to keep, to delete or to hand over. Your internet provider, or your VPN, keeps its own records under its own policy. UnlistedSIM sells data eSIMs from $1.09; prices are on the [pricing page](https://unlistedsim.com/pricing/).

## Data retention: FAQ

### How long does UnlistedSIM keep my orders?

Order records are kept as long as your account exists, so the QR code can be shown again and refunds can be credited, then deleted with the account. An order holds the plan, the destination, the ICCID and the QR code with its activation code. Keeping them lets us show the QR code again and apply top-ups to the same eSIM.

### Can I delete my data sooner?

Yes. Deletion is possible on request from your account, at any time; the account number, its orders and its balance are then erased. Use any remaining balance first: it is erased with the account and is not refundable. After deletion, we can no longer show your QR code again or apply a top-up to that eSIM.

### Does UnlistedSIM keep IP address logs?

Visitor IP addresses are not written to our web server access logs and are never attached to an account. So no IP history is attached to your account, to delete or to hand over. Your internet provider or your VPN keeps its own records under its own policy. The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies; outside the client area, your browser only remembers your language choice.

### How long are support emails kept?

No retention period is published for support emails yet. If you write to support@unlistedsim.com, your address and message are in our mailbox. We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. Use an address you are comfortable sharing, and include only what support needs to answer you.

### Can my crypto payment be deleted?

No, not by us or by anyone else. A transaction on a public blockchain is permanent: its amount, time and addresses stay visible. We keep the coin, the network, the amount and the transaction ID once matched. Account deletion erases the account number, its orders and its balance; the rule does not name top-up records, and nothing can touch the blockchain.

### Does UnlistedSIM keep data after I delete my account?

Not the account number, its orders or its balance: they are erased. The published deletion rule does not name top-up records, eSIM usage, support emails or the optional account items, so we do not promise they are erased. The public blockchain transaction and the records other parties hold, such as the mobile networks, remain in any case. Every field we hold is listed on [what we collect](https://unlistedsim.com/what-we-collect/).
