Travel eSIM ID Registry
What a local SIM requires in each country, and what is documented for a travel eSIM in roaming.
Operator and public methods · Updated October 2026
Who operates the store, what it sells, how the registries are made, and what we have decided never to do. No founding story, no team photos, no customer counts: only facts you can check.
Quick answer

Data-only eSIMs for travel, bought with no ID and no email, paid in crypto.
The eSIM profiles are issued through established partner networks. Each country page names the local network our plans connect to there: the largest network in the country, for example Orange in France. The network generation and the hotspot rule of each plan are not yet published, so we promise neither.
Three registries and our own policies: the Travel eSIM ID Registry, the eSIM Restrictions Tracker and the Phone-Number Registry, plus what we collect and who sees what. Each page is dated, in HTML and as Markdown, and the registries carry a source and a check date for every row.

Blocked seller websites, phone registration rules and countries where you must install before arrival.
What the seller, the networks, the blockchain and the websites you visit can each see.
Each item we hold about an account, including the optional ones you add, and why.
What we can hand over, what we cannot, and under which law.
Requests received and how we answered them. First report: January 2027.
From primary sources first, with the date of each check, and with our conflict of interest stated.
Conflict of interest: we sell eSIMs. A registry that says travel eSIMs escape local ID rules helps us sell them. That is why every row quotes its source and date, so that you can check it without trusting us. The registries are published under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
Because it lets you pay without a card or a bank account, so no bank name or card number reaches us. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC); USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, USDC on ERC-20.
We don't accept Monero (XMR). Every coin we accept runs on a public blockchain, so the payment itself is visible: the amount, the time and the addresses. How to pay with less exposure is explained on pay privately.
Everything else is on the contact page.
eSIMGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama. It is the company you contract with when you buy an eSIM, as stated in the terms of sale and the privacy policy. We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered.
Because we publish only facts we can show. A founding story or a customer count cannot be checked by a reader. What you can check is published instead: every price, every policy, and registries with a source and a date for each row.
We have a conflict of interest, and we state it: we sell eSIMs, and a registry that favours travel eSIMs helps us. To make that checkable, every row quotes its source and its check date, "no rule found" is never written as "exempt", and disagreements between sources are shown. The registries are under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
The eSIM profiles are issued through established partner networks. In each country, our plans connect to the largest local network, named on each country page, for example Orange in France. The exit-IP country, the network generation and the hotspot rule are not yet published plan by plan. Until they are confirmed, our pages say "not yet published" instead of guessing.
No, and we do not publish any. No testimonials, star ratings, customer counts or awards appear on this site, and we do not pay for reviews. A reader cannot check them, so we publish facts that can be checked instead. Judge us on pricing, what we collect and the registry.
No. We don't accept Monero (XMR). We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). All of them run on public blockchains, where the amount, the time and the addresses are visible to anyone. Paying from a wallet that is not tied to your name reveals less, for example not straight from an exchange account that verified your identity. Coin by coin: pay privately.
