Quick answer
What do the UnlistedSIM terms of sale say, in short?
UnlistedSIM, a no-ID eSIM seller paid in crypto, sells data-only eSIMs with no ID and no email at checkout. You top up a prepaid balance in crypto (minimum $10) and buy eSIMs from it. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, and it pays for new eSIMs and top-ups, but it is not refundable. An eSIM never installed, or not deliverable, is credited back to your balance; an installed eSIM is not refunded. Fraud, SIM farms, bulk account creation and spam are forbidden.
1. Who we are
UnlistedSIM is operated by eSIMGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama ("we", "us"). These terms form the contract between you ("you", the customer) and eSIMGoat LLC for every purchase made on unlistedsim.com and in its client area.
By opening an account, topping up a balance or buying an eSIM, you accept these terms, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

2. The service
We sell prepaid data-only eSIMs: a digital SIM profile that gives mobile data in the destination and for the validity shown on the plan.
- Data only. An eSIM includes no phone number, no calls and no SMS.
- Coverage. Each plan works in the country or the list of countries shown on its page. A country plan does not work in other countries.
- Networks. The eSIM profiles are issued through established partner networks. Each country page states the local network the plans connect to in that country. Whether a plan connects in roaming, its network generation (4G or 5G), its speed and its hotspot rule are not guaranteed unless the plan page states them.
- Plans labelled Unlimited (fair use: 2 GB/day at full speed) have the displayed full-speed allowance, then reduced speed. No post-cap speed is guaranteed.
- No VPN included. An eSIM does not itself provide a VPN tunnel.
- Availability. Mobile coverage depends on the local networks. We do not guarantee coverage in every place of a country, at every moment.
3. Your account
- Login. A random account number, generated at checkout, is your login. We ask for no name, no phone number and no ID document. No email is asked at checkout or needed to log in. You may add one in the client area for receipts, reminders or recovery of the account number; it stays optional.
- Keep it safe. Anyone who has your account number, and your password if you set one, can use your account, its balance and its eSIMs. Unless you added an optional recovery email, we may be unable to restore access if you lose the account number.
- Security. You may also set an optional password and two-factor authentication in the client area. We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. Never share your account number, your QR codes or your activation codes.
- Deletion. You can delete your account on request from your account, at any time; the account number, its orders and its balance are then erased. A deleted balance is not paid out.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD), as shown on the pricing page and the plan pages. The price charged is the one shown on the order page when you buy.
- Crypto only. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC): USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, USDC on ERC-20. We accept no card, bank transfer or Monero (XMR).
- Conversion. When you create a top-up, the payment page converts the USD amount into the coin you chose, at a rate locked for a limited time shown on that page.
- Exact amount, exact network. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown. Each top-up is matched to your account by its exact amount. Funds sent on another network, or in another coin, cannot be recovered.
- Network fees are paid by your wallet, on top of the amount sent.
- Credit. Your balance is credited once the network has confirmed the transaction. The number of confirmations depends on the coin and is shown on the payment page and on how it works.
- Minimum top-up: $10.
5. Prepaid balance
Top-ups are credited to a prepaid balance in US dollars. eSIMs and data top-ups are paid from this balance.
- Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, and it pays for new eSIMs and top-ups, but it is not refundable.
- The balance is not a deposit or a bank account, and it earns no interest.
- The balance cannot be withdrawn or paid out to a wallet, including when an account is closed or deleted.
- An eSIM credited back under section 7 returns to this balance.
6. Delivery
The QR code and the activation code of an eSIM appear in your account, under My eSIMs, as soon as the eSIM is ready, after the payment is credited. No email is needed to receive them. We do not guarantee a delivery time in minutes.
Your orders are kept as long as your account exists, so the QR code can be shown again and refunds can be credited, then deleted with the account.
If an eSIM cannot be delivered, its price is credited back to your balance.
7. Refund rule
- An eSIM that was never installed is credited back to your balance on request, made from the client area.
- An eSIM that could not be delivered is credited back to your balance.
- An installed eSIM is not refunded, whether or not the line was turned on and whether or not its data was used. An eSIM counts as installed once its profile has been downloaded to a device.
- Credits go to your balance, never to a wallet. The balance itself is not refundable (section 5).
The cases one by one, and how to check whether an eSIM is installed, are on refunds.
8. Installation and use: your part
- Compatibility. Before you buy, check that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. An eSIM installed on an incompatible or locked device is not refunded. See devices.
- Install before you travel, on Wi-Fi or a hotspot. In mainland China, eSIMs from foreign carriers cannot be installed on site, according to Apple; in Turkey, eSIM sellers' websites may be blocked. Install before you arrive.
- Never delete an installed profile. A deleted profile may not install again, and it is not refunded.
- Validity. Each plan is valid for the period shown on its page. Unused data is not carried over after the validity ends.
9. Acceptable use
You may use UnlistedSIM eSIMs only for lawful purposes, under our acceptable use policy. Fraud, SIM farms, bulk account creation, abuse of SMS or account verification systems, spam, harassment, evading a court order and illegal content are forbidden.
If an eSIM is used in breach of that policy, we may suspend it without refund of the plan.
10. Local laws
You are responsible for following the laws of the countries where you use an eSIM, including any rules on SIM registration, device registration and online services.
Our registries, such as the Travel eSIM ID Registry, report what laws, regulators and other sources say, with dates. They are information, not legal advice. UnlistedSIM eSIMs are travel eSIMs; they are not offered as a way for residents to get around a SIM registration law that applies to them.
11. Liability
Mobile networks are run by third parties. We are not responsible for outages, coverage gaps, speed variations or blocks decided by a network, a regulator or a website.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an eSIM is limited to the price paid for that eSIM. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Privacy and legal requests
What we collect, including the optional items you may add in the client area, is described in the privacy policy and on what we collect. We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered. How we handle requests is described on law enforcement requests.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and every change is listed in the changelog. The terms in force when you buy an eSIM apply to that purchase.
14. Operator and contact
The operator of UnlistedSIM, eSIMGoat LLC, is registered in Panama.
