Quick answer

What data does UnlistedSIM collect?

UnlistedSIM sells an eSIM without ID or email from $1.09, but keeps an account number, balance, orders, network-reported eSIM status and usage, matched crypto top-ups and logged-in devices. Updated October 2026: email and security settings remain optional. Retention varies by field; unpublished periods are marked unknown rather than described as zero retention.

Which fields does UnlistedSIM keep, and why?

Four groups: the account number with its balance, the orders, the status and usage of each eSIM as reported by our partner network, and the top-ups. On top of these come the optional items you choose to set (an email, a password, two-factor authentication) and the list of devices logged in to your account. Every other line in the table is something we never ask for, or do not hold.

“No separate period published” and “no retention period published yet” mean exactly that: our published rules do not give a period for that item, so we do not state one.

What does UnlistedSIM never collect?

  • No name, no phone number, no postal address. No email is asked at checkout or needed to log in; you may add one in the client area for receipts, reminders or recovery of the account number — it stays optional.
  • No ID document, no selfie, no ID number, no date of birth.
  • No card or bank details: payment is in crypto only (Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC)).
  • No analytics and no tracking cookies. The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies; outside the client area, your browser only remembers your language choice.
  • No location history and no browsing history: location data sits with the mobile networks, and your traffic goes through them, not through us.

This is what a no-ID checkout means at UnlistedSIM, a no-ID eSIM seller paid in crypto. What it does not mean, level by level, is on what “no ID” covers.

Do you keep my IP address?

Like any web server, ours receives your IP address to send you a page. Visitor IP addresses are not written to our web server access logs and are never attached to an account.

Your internet provider, or your VPN, still sees that you connected to unlistedsim.com. That record is theirs, under their own policy.

What do you keep about my crypto payments?

Four things per top-up: the coin, the network, the exact amount and the transaction ID once the payment is matched. Top-ups are matched by their exact amount, so you never send us a wallet address.

Our deposit addresses are fixed per network and shared by all customers. The transaction itself is public on its blockchain: anyone can see the amount, the time and the sending address, forever. Our records are what link it to an account number.

We don't accept Monero (XMR). What each accepted coin reveals is on pay privately.

Why do you keep the ICCID and the QR code?

So that your account keeps working for you after payment. With them we can show the QR code again and apply a top-up to the right eSIM. We can also credit an eSIM that was never installed back to your balance.

Order records are kept as long as your account exists, so the QR code can be shown again and refunds can be credited, then deleted with the account. The retention rule for each item is on data retention.

What happens if I email support?

Your email address and your message are then in our mailbox. Apart from an email you add yourself in the client area, this is the only way an email address reaches us. Use an address you are comfortable sharing.

We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. Questions about a specific order go through your account, where you are already signed in. We have not published a retention period for support emails yet.

How do I delete my data?

From your account: deletion is possible on request from your account, at any time; the account number, its orders and its balance are then erased. That rule does not name the top-up records, so we do not promise that they are erased.

After deletion, we can no longer show your QR code again, apply a top-up or credit a refund, because those records are gone. Any remaining balance is erased with the account, and it is not refundable, so use it first.

Deletion cannot reach two things: the transaction on its public blockchain, and the records that other parties hold, such as the mobile networks.

What does UnlistedSIM not hold about you?

Your position and what you do online. Our records hold no location history: location data sits with the mobile networks, which see the cells your phone uses. Our partner network reports each eSIM's status and data used to us, as listed on this page. Your traffic goes through the networks, so we cannot see the sites or apps you use. We never ask for an identity document. An optional email, payment transaction IDs, ICCIDs and device or account records may still be linked to a person when combined with information held elsewhere.

Who can obtain the data UnlistedSIM holds?

We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered. What exists, and what does not, is on law enforcement requests. Requests will be counted in the transparency report, first published in January 2027.

UnlistedSIM sells data eSIMs from $1.09; every price is on the pricing page.

What else should I know?

Does UnlistedSIM need my email?

No. No email is asked at checkout or needed to log in; you may add one in the client area for receipts, reminders or recovery of the account number — it stays optional. Without one, a lost account number cannot be recovered, so keep it safe. If you write to [email protected], your address and message sit in our mailbox. We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat.

Do you keep my IP address?

Visitor IP addresses are not written to our web server access logs and are never attached to an account. Our web server receives your IP address to send you a page, like any server, and the site runs no analytics. Your internet provider, or your VPN, still sees that you visited unlistedsim.com, under its own policy.

Does the UnlistedSIM site use cookies?

The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies; outside the client area, your browser only remembers your language choice. Running no analytics also means we do not know how you found us or which pages you read. You can clear the language setting in your browser at any time.

Do you keep my crypto transaction ID?

Yes, once the top-up is matched. With it we keep the coin, the network and the exact amount. The transaction ID points to a public transaction, which shows the sending address to anyone. We never ask you for a wallet address: top-ups are matched by their exact amount. We don't accept Monero (XMR).

Can I delete my account and my data?

Yes. Deletion is possible on request from your account, at any time; the account number, its orders and its balance are then erased. After that, we cannot show your QR code again, apply a top-up or credit a refund. Any remaining balance is erased and is not refunded. The rule does not name top-up records, so we do not promise they are erased, and a crypto transaction stays on its public blockchain, which nobody can edit.

Can UnlistedSIM see where I use my eSIM?

Not from our records: they hold no location history, because location data sits with the mobile networks, which see the cells your phone uses. Our partner network reports each eSIM's status and data used to us, as listed on this page. Your traffic does not pass through us, so we cannot see the sites you visit either. Who sees what, party by party, is on who sees what.

Why do I need an account at all?

Because the eSIM needs a place to live after payment. The account holds your balance, shows your QR code again when you need it, and lets you buy top-ups for the same eSIM. It is a random number, not a profile: no name and no phone number, and no email unless you add one.
