Quick answer

What does the UnlistedSIM privacy policy say, in short?

UnlistedSIM, a no-ID eSIM seller paid in crypto, asks for no ID and no name, and no email at checkout or to log in. It holds an account number with its balance, your orders, the status and data used of each eSIM as reported by our partner network, and your top-ups (coin, network, amount, transaction ID). An email, a password and two-factor authentication are optional. Visitor IP addresses are not written to our web server access logs and are never attached to an account. The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies; outside the client area, your browser only remembers your language choice.

1. Who is responsible for your data

eSIMGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, operates UnlistedSIM and is responsible for the data described here ("we", "us").

Contact for any question about this policy: [email protected]. For anything about a specific account, write from the client area. We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat.

2. What we collect and why

We hold four groups of data, each for one purpose: the account number with its balance, the orders, the network-reported status and usage of each eSIM, and the top-ups. The table also lists the optional items you may add and the list of devices logged in to your account.

3. What we do not collect

  • No name, phone number or postal address.
  • No email address, unless you add one in the client area or write to support.
  • No ID document, ID number, selfie or date of birth.
  • No card or bank details: payment is in crypto only (Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC)).
  • No IP history. Visitor IP addresses are not written to our web server access logs and are never attached to an account.
  • No analytics. The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies; outside the client area, your browser only remembers your language choice.
  • No location history and no browsing history: our records hold neither. Location data sits with the mobile networks, and your traffic goes through them, not through us.

4. Who receives data

  • The partner network that issues an eSIM receives the order of that eSIM profile (the plan and the destination), and reports the status and data used of that eSIM back to us. We send no name, email or ID document to it.
  • The servers that run the site and the client area process the data above on our behalf.
  • Authorities: We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered. What we can hand over, and what we cannot, is on law enforcement requests. Requests will be counted in the transparency report, first published in January 2027.

We do not use your data for advertising and we run no trackers.

5. What the mobile networks and the blockchain see

Some data never passes through us, and this policy cannot cover it.

  • Mobile networks see your device identifier (IMEI) and its approximate location from the cell towers, and they carry your traffic. Their records follow their own rules. An eSIM is not a VPN: use HTTPS and, if needed, a trusted VPN for traffic confidentiality.
  • Blockchains are public. Anyone can see the amount, the time and the addresses of your payment, permanently. Our deposit addresses are currently fixed per network and shared by all customers, so the blockchain shows that your wallet paid one of them.

Party by party: who sees what.

6. How long we keep data

Orders are kept as long as your account exists, so the QR code can be shown again and refunds can be credited, then deleted with the account. The account number and the balance exist as long as the account. When you delete the account, the account number, its orders and its balance are erased. The published deletion rule names only these items: it does not name the top-up records, the optional email, the password and two-factor setting, or the logged-in devices list.

Deletion cannot reach the blockchain transaction, which is public and permanent, or the records held by other parties, such as the mobile networks. Support emails are not covered by the account deletion rule, and no retention period is published for them yet. Each item and its period: data retention.

7. Cookies and local storage

The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies; outside the client area, your browser only remembers your language choice. You can clear the language setting in your browser at any time.

8. Your choices and rights

  • See your data: your account shows your orders, your eSIMs with their status and data used, your balance, your top-ups and the devices logged in to it.
  • Delete your data: you can delete your account on request from your account, at any time; the account number, its orders and its balance are then erased. Use the remaining balance first: it is erased with the account and it is not refundable. After deletion, we can no longer show a QR code again, apply a top-up or credit an eSIM back.
  • Correct your data: there is no name or address to correct; you can change or remove an optional email in the client area.
  • Ask a question: write to [email protected], or from the client area for anything about your account.

9. Keeping your account safe

Your account number is the key to your account. You can add an optional password, two-factor authentication and a recovery email in the client area. Store the account number in a password manager, and never share it, your QR codes or your activation codes. We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. A message that asks for them is not from us.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes and the change is listed in the changelog. We will not start collecting a new kind of personal data without saying so on this page first.
