How do I get help with my eSIM?
Write to [email protected]. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week, including help with installing and activating your eSIM.
A message we can answer quickly includes:
- your phone model and its system version, for example iPhone 15 on iOS 26;
- the destination and the plan, for example Japan, 5 GB for 30 days;
- the step that fails and what the phone shows, with the exact error message;
- where you are: at home before the trip, or already abroad;
- for a payment: the coin, the network, the amount sent and the transaction ID. Never a private key or a seed phrase.
Screenshots help, but crop out the QR code and the activation code: anyone who has them can try to install your eSIM.
Why do questions about an order go through the client area?
Because an email cannot prove that you own an account, and we do not want you to send us the one thing that does. We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat.
Your account holds no name, and no email unless you chose to add one in the client area. Even then, an email message does not prove who holds the account number. When you write from the client area, signed in with your account number, the order is already identified, and nothing sensitive travels by email.
Use the client area for:
- an eSIM that has not appeared after a top-up was credited;
- a request to credit back an eSIM you never installed (refunds);
- a top-up sent with a different amount, which cannot be matched automatically;
- the deletion of your account: on request from your account, at any time; the account number, its orders and its balance are then erased.
What will UnlistedSIM never ask you?
We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. We also never ask for:
- an ID document, an ID number, a selfie or a face scan;
- your name, your phone number or your postal address;
- card or bank details;
- a crypto private key, a seed phrase or a wallet password.
A message that asks for any of these is not from us, even if it uses our name. Do not answer it, and do not follow its links.
How do courts and authorities send a legal request?
By following the law enforcement requests page. We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered.
What we could hand over is limited to what we hold: the account number, orders, balance, the status and data used of each eSIM, the logged-in devices list and payment records, plus an email only if the customer added one. We hold no name or ID document linked to an account, as listed on what we collect. Requests will be counted in the transparency report; the first one (launch to 31 December 2026) is due in January 2027.
How do I report misuse of an UnlistedSIM eSIM?
Write to [email protected] with the facts you can share: what happened, when, and why you think an UnlistedSIM eSIM is involved. You do not need to be a customer.
Fraud, SIM farms, bulk account creation, spam and harassment are forbidden by the acceptable use policy. An eSIM used that way can be suspended without refund of the plan.
Contact: FAQ
How fast does UnlistedSIM support reply?
Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week, including help with installing and activating your eSIM. A message with the phone model, the destination, the plan and the exact error gets a useful answer faster. If the question is about a specific order, send it from the client area, so that we can see the order without asking for your account number.
Can support help me install or activate my eSIM?
Yes. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week, including help with installing and activating your eSIM. Tell us the phone model, the system version, the step that fails and what the screen shows. Write before you travel if you can: installing at home, on Wi-Fi, leaves time to fix a problem. Never send the QR code itself; describe it instead.
Can I send you my account number so you find my order faster?
Please do not. We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. Write from the client area instead: you are already signed in there, so the order is identified without your account number travelling by email. An email message cannot prove that you own an account.
I received a message that claims to be from UnlistedSIM. Is it real?
Check what it asks for. We never ask for your account number, your QR code or activation code, an ID document, card details, a private key or a seed phrase. If a message asks for any of these, or links to a page that does, it is not from us. Do not answer it, and do not follow its links.
Do I need to give my name or email to contact support?
No name is needed. To write by email, you use an email address, and we receive it with your message; an address that does not identify you is fine. We never need your identity to answer, and for order questions the client area avoids email entirely.
