Eight sellers of eSIMs bought without an ID check, compared on the same ten criteria. We sell eSIMs: our plans are included and marked, and this page says where other sellers do better.

Quick answer

How do I choose a private eSIM for travel?

Choose a private travel eSIM by the data it asks for and the network limits it explains. UnlistedSIM offers an eSIM without ID or email at checkout from $1.09, but no phone number or Monero payment. Updated October 2026; compare activation requirements, routing disclosure and refund terms before choosing.

What should a private eSIM for travel disclose?

Checkout identity checks, whether an account or email is mandatory, what is retained, the plan’s activation conditions and any published routing measurements are separate questions. The country registry and who sees what address different parts of that decision. We sell the product being compared. Competitor observations below remain dated 9 October 2026; this editorial revision does not represent a new checkout test.

For Cryptorefills and Bitrefill, Monero (XMR) is not in the coin list we read on their eSIM pages; Cryptorefills adds "and others", so check the checkout. PikaSim: its site sells an SMS service separately, and another source we read mentions SMS and calls on its US plans (not verified). — = not stated in the sources we checked.

How we chose the criteria

We kept the questions that change what a seller can know about you, or what happens when something goes wrong. Each one is checked on the seller's own pages, or on a named third party when the seller says nothing.

  • Email asked. An email address is often linked to a real name elsewhere. We check whether it is required, and how the QR code is delivered.
  • Account. An account ties your orders together. "No account" (Silent.link, PikaSim) and "an account number, with no email required" (UnlistedSIM) are different, so we say which.
  • ID check at checkout. The core of "no-KYC": no ID document, no selfie, no ID number.
  • Monero and Lightning. People who care most about payment privacy ask for them first. We say plainly that we accept neither.
  • USDT on TRC-20. Sellers rarely say which network they accept, and coins sent on the wrong network can be lost. We list the network when the seller states it.
  • Refund rule. What happens to your money if the eSIM cannot be installed.
  • Phone numbers. Most no-KYC eSIMs are data only; a few sell numbers separately.
  • Routing or exit IP. Which country websites will see. Privacy communities ask for it, and almost no one publishes it.
  • Countries declared. The seller's own count, which we did not verify.

We did not score speed, 5G or customer service: we have no measured data for any seller, including ourselves.

Which no-KYC eSIM should you choose?

Pick by the one thing you cannot give up:

  • You must pay in Monero. Silent.link, PikaSim, nadanada and Stellar eSim accept XMR, per their sites; VoidMob does too, per a GrapheneOS forum tester. We don't accept Monero.
  • You want no account at all. Silent.link (the order page is the only access) or PikaSim ("no signup").
  • You want a refund paid back in crypto. PikaSim refunds in BTC or Lightning, even when you paid in crypto.
  • You want the lowest data price. Stellar eSim lists the lowest prices payable in crypto in most destinations, per esimdb. nadanada is often the lowest among sellers without an account.
  • You need a number that receives texts while you travel. Silent.link's US.PLUS, or the numbers PikaSim and VoidMob sell separately. See our phone-number registry.
  • You pay with USDT on Tron, USDC, SOL or LTC, want no email, and want to check country rules first. That is what UnlistedSIM is built for. Plans start at $1.09; see the pricing page.
  • You pay with DAI, TON, Base or Arbitrum. Cryptorefills lists the most networks.

Which no-KYC eSIM is the cheapest?

In esimdb data of 9 October 2026, Stellar eSim had the lowest price payable in crypto in 95 of 100 price cells: 25 destinations, at 1, 5, 10 and 20 GB. Its 1 GB/7 days plans ranged from $0.34 to $1.50. Stellar's site loads prices with JavaScript, so these prices were not verified at checkout.

Among four sellers without an account (nadanada, PikaSim, Bitrefill and Silent.link), nadanada had the lowest price in 80 of the same 100 cells. In 14 destinations, its 1 GB/7 days plan cost $0.99 to $1.99.

UnlistedSIM does not claim the lowest price. Our listed prices are usually higher than Stellar eSim's. We compete on what is written down: no email, coins paid directly on the network you use, and published country rules. Every plan is on the pricing page.

What does "no-KYC" cover, and what doesn't it?

No-KYC covers identity verification at purchase. Networks still see subscription and device identifiers and approximate location. It does not itself provide a VPN tunnel. Read Is there an anonymous eSIM? for the honest answer and who sees what for each party.

Country activation rules depend on the profile. The country registry distinguishes local subscriptions, travel eSIM purchase and foreign roaming without treating unknown requirements as exemptions.

Best no-KYC eSIM: FAQ

Is a no-KYC eSIM anonymous?

No. No-KYC describes checkout only. The visited network still sees subscription and device identifiers and approximate location. Public blockchains also leave a payment record. Compare the data list and who sees what before deciding whether a seller meets your privacy needs.

What is a private eSIM?

A private eSIM is usually a data eSIM bought without an ID check, often without an email, and paid in crypto. Privacy stops at the purchase: the mobile network still sees your device identifier (IMEI) and approximate location, and the coins we accept run on public blockchains. The sellers above differ on what they ask and keep; UnlistedSIM asks for no ID, no selfie and no email at checkout. Each party is listed on who sees what.

Which no-KYC eSIM accepts Monero?

Silent.link, PikaSim, nadanada and Stellar eSim list Monero (XMR) on their sites, checked 9 October 2026. A GrapheneOS forum tester reported that VoidMob accepts it too. UnlistedSIM does not accept Monero; we accept Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). The dated list, with sources: Which eSIM sellers accept Monero?

Which no-KYC eSIM needs no account?

Silent.link and PikaSim. At Silent.link the order page is the only access; PikaSim says "no signup, no email". UnlistedSIM has an account: a random account number is the login. No email is asked at checkout or needed to log in; you may add one in the client area for receipts, reminders or recovery of the account number, and it stays optional. The account holds your balance, orders and QR codes.

Which no-KYC eSIM accepts USDT on TRC-20?

Three sellers state it directly: PikaSim ("USDT on Tron"), Cryptorefills (Tron listed) and UnlistedSIM, which accepts USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20 at the same price. Silent.link takes USDT through an exchange button. nadanada, Stellar eSim and Bitrefill accept USDT without stating the network in the sources we checked.

Can I get a refund on a no-KYC eSIM?

It depends on the seller. PikaSim refunds even when you paid in crypto, in BTC or Lightning. At UnlistedSIM, not to your wallet: an eSIM that was never installed, or could not be delivered, is credited back to your balance; an installed eSIM is not refunded, and the balance is not refundable. For the other sellers we found no written rule.

Do no-KYC eSIMs include a phone number?

Usually not. Most are data only, including UnlistedSIM. Silent.link sells a +1 number for incoming SMS (US.PLUS, $93 a year plus a $5 balance) and IDENTITY plans with +1 or +44 numbers. PikaSim and VoidMob sell numbers separately. Our phone-number registry lists more sellers.

Which no-KYC eSIM is the cheapest?

In esimdb data of 9 October 2026, Stellar eSim had the lowest price payable in crypto in 95 of 100 price cells, not verified at checkout. Among sellers without an account, nadanada was lowest in 80 of 100 cells. UnlistedSIM does not claim the lowest price; our plans start at $1.09.

Does a no-KYC eSIM work everywhere without ID?

Not always. A seller controls its own checkout, not the law of the country you visit. Some countries require registration for local SIM cards, and a few networks may ask for more. Our Travel eSIM ID Registry lists the rules of 34 countries with sources. If a local network ever required an ID check for a destination, that plan page would say so before you pay.

Is this comparison independent?

No. UnlistedSIM sells eSIMs, our plans are included and marked, and we rank ourselves first for one stated need. To keep it checkable, every seller is judged on the same criteria, every fact is dated and sourced, and we say where others do better: Monero, no account at all, crypto refunds and lower listed prices.

Which no-KYC eSIM works on GrapheneOS?

A tester on the official GrapheneOS forum posted results on 21 May 2026 for several no-KYC eSIM sellers, including Silent.link, VoidMob, LNVPN (now nadanada) and PikaSim; read the thread for each result, linked in our sources. UnlistedSIM has not published its own GrapheneOS test yet. Our GrapheneOS eSIM guide explains how to install an UnlistedSIM eSIM there.
