Quick answer
What has changed on UnlistedSIM?
UnlistedSIM offers an eSIM without ID or email at checkout, from $1.09. On 15 October 2026 its country registry separated local SIM identification, travel eSIM purchase and foreign roaming, and European country content was consolidated. This is a record of content revisions, not evidence of a public launch or measured network tests.
What changed on 15 October 2026?
The SIM and eSIM ID rules by country (2026) separates local subscriptions, travel eSIM purchase and foreign roaming. Unknown requirements are labelled explicitly; device-registration exemptions are not described as identity exemptions. The No-ID eSIM in Europe guide brings the common roaming explanation together while keeping local ID requirements separate. Country pages retain country-specific facts and links to the common guides; European country pages are excluded from search indexes. Privacy guides now open with concise answers. The facts page and machine-readable summaries use the same checkout limitations. The account configuration disables referrals. Prices and plan allowances have not changed.

14 October 2026: country pages, Taiwan and four guides
- Country pages moved from /esim/<country>/ to /id-rules/<country>/, for example Do you need ID for an eSIM in Japan?. They now open with a direct answer and add three sections: whether a local SIM can be bought without ID, which country your IP address will be in, and whether the eSIM has a phone number. The full plan table gave way to a link to the plans.
- Taiwan added to the Travel eSIM ID Registry, now 34 countries. Its local SIM rule is not sourced yet, so the Taiwan page states none and is kept out of search indexes.
- Kept out of search indexes until they hold more country-specific sourced facts: Australia, Singapore, Nigeria, South Africa, Canada and Colombia, plus Belgium and Cyprus as before. Their content and our checkout do not change.
- New guides: Why do some eSIM sellers ask for ID verification?, Where can you buy a SIM card without ID?, Which eSIM sellers accept Monero? and Is a no-ID eSIM legal?.
- Europe: the regional Europe page is kept out of search indexes; mobile data in Europe without ID is the Europe page, with the Europe plans.
- No price, plan or policy changed.

Registries and trackers

Guides
- How it works, eSIM in China, eSIMs in Turkey, Europe without ID, long stays, devices, paying privately, GrapheneOS and travel routers.
Comparisons
- Best no-KYC eSIM, Silent.link alternative, the alternatives pages and eSIMs with a phone number, each with check dates and our disclosure.
Policies
- What we collect, data retention, law enforcement requests, transparency report (first report: January 2027), refunds, terms of sale, privacy policy and acceptable use policy.
What is not published yet?
These facts are not on the site yet because they are not confirmed: we write "not yet published" rather than guess. Each one will appear here, with its date, when it is published.
- Exit-IP country and routing per plan (home routing or local breakout).
- Whether a plan reaches 5G (its network generation).
- Hotspot rule per plan.
- Speed after the fair-use allowance of unlimited plans (fair use: 2 GB a day at full speed).
- Whether Google and WhatsApp work in China on our plans: not tested yet.
- Long stays: whether our partner networks restrict a line that stays in roaming for months. We found no published rule for this case (checked 9 October 2026).
- Retention periods of the optional email and of the logged-in devices list: no separate period is published yet.
- QR code re-issue policy after a profile is deleted.
- The first transparency report, due in January 2027 (period: launch to 31 December 2026).
How do we date changes?
A date on this site means that something changed.
- Page dates change only when a fact on the page changes, never to look fresh.
- Registry rows carry their own check date. A row checked again without any change keeps its fact and gets the new check date.
- Prices carry the date of the price list, now October 9, 2026.
- This changelog lists every change that affects a fact: a price, a plan, a registry row, a policy or a claim. Spelling fixes and layout changes are not listed.
Changelog: FAQ
When did UnlistedSIM launch?
This changelog records the initial content baseline of 9 October 2026 and revisions on 14 and 15 October. It does not verify a public launch or successful orders.
Why does a page show an old date?
Because nothing on it has changed since that date. We change a page date only when a fact on that page changes, so the date tells you when the content was last true as written. Registry rows also show the date each source was last checked.
How will I know if a price changes?
The new prices appear on the pricing page, on each destination page and in pricing.json at the same time, with a new price date, and the change is listed here. The prices shown now are those of October 9, 2026.
How will I know if a policy changes?
The policy page gets a new date, and this changelog lists what changed and when. That covers the terms of sale, the privacy policy, the refund rule, what we collect and the acceptable use policy. The terms in force on the day you buy an eSIM apply to that purchase.
When will the exit-IP data be published?
No date is set. The exit-IP country and the routing of each plan are not yet published, and the exit-IP registry says so instead of guessing. Until then, we promise no exit-IP country for any plan. When the data is published, it will be listed here with its date.
When is the first transparency report?
The first report is due in January 2027 and will cover the period from launch to 31 December 2026. It will count the requests received and how we answered them, with real figures only. It will be listed here when it is published.
