Quick answer

What does the UnlistedSIM transparency report show?

No figures yet: the first UnlistedSIM transparency report is published in January 2027 and covers the period from launch to 31 December 2026. Later reports follow on this page. Each one counts legal requests by type and country, the data handed over and the accounts affected. UnlistedSIM, a no-ID eSIM seller paid in crypto, holds no ID and no name, so no report can disclose them.

What will each UnlistedSIM transparency report count?

Three things for each reporting period. The same headings will be used every time, so that one report can be read next to another.

The three counts in every report

MetricWhat it countsBroken down by
Requests receivedLegal requests for customer data that reach us during the periodType of request and country of origin
Data handed overWhat we provided, if anything, in answer to those requestsKind of record: account number, orders, balance, eSIM status and usage, top-up records, logged-in devices, optional email
Accounts affectedHow many account numbers the requests concernedType of request

Only real figures: a period with no request is published as zero. We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered.

Why does UnlistedSIM publish a transparency report?

Because our promise is precise, and a precise promise can be checked. We say exactly what we hold: an account number with its balance, orders, the network-reported status and usage of each eSIM, top-up records and logged-in devices, plus any optional email, password or two-factor setting a customer adds. We hold no name and no ID. The report will show how often anyone asks for those records, and what they receive.

The records themselves are listed on what we collect, and how long each one is kept on data retention.

Only what exists here: account numbers and balances, orders with ICCIDs, the network-reported status and usage of each eSIM, top-up records with transaction IDs, logged-in devices, and any optional email a customer added. We hold no ID, no name and no phone number. Our records hold no location history: location data sits with the mobile networks.

We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered. The full list of what exists and what does not is on law enforcement requests.

Why is there no warrant canary?

Because the report gives counts, not signals. A warrant canary is a statement that is removed when a secret order arrives. We publish no such statement. We publish real counts once each period has closed.

We do not promise to resist orders or to notify customers. What we promise is the count.

How will the figures be produced?

Each figure is a total for the reporting period, counted from the requests we actually received. No figure is published before its period has closed, and none is estimated.

Reports never name a customer and never include customer data. Accounts are random numbers in any case: UnlistedSIM sells data eSIMs with no ID and no email, paid in crypto, from $1.09. Prices are on the pricing page.
