Quick answer

What can UnlistedSIM hand over to the police?

Only the records that exist here: an account number and balance, orders with ICCIDs, each eSIM's network-reported status and usage, top-up records with transaction IDs, logged-in devices and the optional items listed below. UnlistedSIM, a no-ID eSIM seller paid in crypto, holds no ID, no name and no location history. We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered. Counts appear in our transparency report from January 2027.

What data could UnlistedSIM hand over?

Four groups of records, all tied to a random account number, never to a name: the account with its balance, the orders, the network-reported status and usage of each eSIM, and the top-ups. Add the logged-in devices list and any optional item the person set, such as an email. The table lists them, then everything we never hold.

Where do location and device data sit?

Location data and the phone's network identifiers sit with the mobile networks, not with us. The visited network sees the phone's IMEI, the eSIM's subscription identity (IMSI) and the cells the phone uses. The network that issued the profile sees the subscription and the visited country. Our own records list no IMEI and no location history; the only device details we keep are the name and the first and last activity of each device logged in to the account.

Requests for location or device data concern those operators, under the law of their own country. Each party, and what it sees, is on who sees what.

Which requests does UnlistedSIM answer?

We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered. The operating company is eSIMGoat LLC, registered in Panama.

A request that is not a legally binding order under Panamanian law does not obtain customer data. An order can only obtain records that exist, as listed above.

This page describes our practice. It is not legal advice, either to authorities or to customers.

Can a crypto payment be linked to an UnlistedSIM account?

Yes, through our records. If an authority has a transaction ID, our top-up records can show which account number it credited, and that account's orders. It also works the other way: an account's top-up records lead to public transactions and their sending addresses.

The identity side, if anyone holds it, sits with an exchange that verified the payer. Every coin we accept runs on a public blockchain, and we don't accept Monero (XMR).

Will UnlistedSIM notify me, or challenge a request?

We make no promise either way. No notification policy is published, so we do not describe one here. We do not promise to resist orders: we answer legally binding orders under Panamanian law, with the records that exist.

What we do commit to is counting requests in the transparency report.

How are requests reported?

As counts, in a transparency report. The first report is published in January 2027 and covers the period from launch to 31 December 2026. It counts requests by type and by country, the data handed over and the accounts affected. It never names a customer.

What uses are forbidden?

Our acceptable use policy forbids fraud, SIM farms, bulk account creation, SMS-verification abuse, spam, harassment and evading a court order. Our eSIMs are data only: they have no phone number and cannot receive SMS codes.

UnlistedSIM sells data eSIMs with no ID and no email, paid in crypto, from $1.09. Prices are on the pricing page.

Can UnlistedSIM identify the person behind an eSIM?

Not by name: we never ask for one. We hold an account number, its orders with ICCIDs, its balance, the network-reported status and usage of each eSIM, its top-up records with transaction IDs and its logged-in devices, plus an email only if the person added one. Identity, if anyone holds it, sits elsewhere: with an exchange that verified the payer, or with the accounts the person signs into. We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered.

Can UnlistedSIM provide the location of an eSIM user?

No. Our records hold no location history: location data sits with the mobile networks. The visited mobile network knows which cells a phone uses, and the network that issued the profile knows the visited country. Requests for location data concern those operators, under the law of their own country. Our partner network reports each eSIM's status and data used to us, as listed in the table above.

Does UnlistedSIM keep IP logs that could be handed over?

Visitor IP addresses are not written to our web server access logs and are never attached to an account. So there is no IP history attached to an account to hand over. The person's internet provider, VPN or mobile network may hold their own records under their own rules.

Which law applies to requests sent to UnlistedSIM?

Panamanian law. We answer only legally binding orders under the law of Panama, where the operating company is registered. The operating company is eSIMGoat LLC, registered in Panama. This page describes our practice and is not legal advice. A lawyer in the relevant country can explain how a foreign authority obtains a Panamanian order.

Will I be told if the police ask for my data?

We make no promise either way, and no notification policy is published. We do commit to counting requests in the transparency report, first published in January 2027. The report gives counts by type and by country, never names. The records that could be handed over are listed in the table above.

Can a crypto top-up be traced to my account?

Yes, through our records. We keep the transaction ID of each top-up once it is matched, so a transaction can be linked to the account it credited. On the blockchain alone, a payment only shows that a wallet paid one of our deposit addresses, which all customers share on each network.

Can UnlistedSIM hand over messages I sent to support?

Only if you wrote some. Emails to [email protected] are in our mailbox, with your address. We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. So an email does not normally contain them. No retention period is published for support emails yet.
